Telephone Orders
Telephone Orders may be placed using American Express, Discover, VISA or MasterCard, or an institutional purchase order. You may place your order toll free from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Central Time. If you telephone your order to us, clearly indicate on any follow-up written correspondence that what you are sending is a CONFIRMING ORDER ONLY - DO NOT DUPLICATE.

Previews All of the materials in this catalog are available for preview. Please send either an institutional purchase order or a letter written on institutional letterhead including a promise to pay for any merchandise not returned within 30 days or returned in a condition not suitable for sale. You are responsible for shipping costs.
Payments All accounts are due 30 days after receipt of the order. All orders under US$20.00 and any order from an individual must be accompanied by a remittance. Individuals within the state of Minnesota must add 61/2% sales tax. Past due accounts will bear interest at the rate of ONE PERCENT per month on the unpaid balance.
Returns All materials are guaranteed against defect. Returned materials must be in saleable condition. Prior authorization is required to return materials.
Shipping All prices are quoted F.O.B. Minneapolis, Minnesota. We pay the shipping costs in excess of the first US$3.00 on orders when payment accompanies the order.
Shipping and handling charges will be added to all orders that are not paid in advance. Please use the following as a guide in estimating your shipping and handling costs to most US locations.
